Legal Assistant

Reporting to the Credit and Risk Director, the principal duties for this position are as follows:

a. Ensure the efficient running of the legal secretariat.
b. Develop and correct certain actions or simple contracts under the responsibility of a supervisor.
c. Write minutes, leases and ensure the drafting of certain actions.
d. Negotiate certain terms with the parties to the contract.
e. Ensure regulatory monitoring.
f. Prepare files and update regulations.
g. Review documents (for example, leases, rental agreements, amendments and other agreements relating to property law) for the purpose of due diligence.
