Risk Manager

Reporting to the Credit and Risk Director, the role’s principal duties are as follows:

a. Manage the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks.

b. Assist in the development of the risk department and manage processes to identify and evaluate business areas’ risks and control self-assessments.

c. Manage the process for developing risk policies and procedures, risk limits and approval authorities.

d. Monitor major and critical risk issues.

e. Assist in developing technology-based tools and performs data analysis to monitor, measure, and manage market and derivatives risks.

f. Assist in developing action plans to resolve issues. Re-designs processes to better manage, measure, and monitor market and derivatives risks.

g. Conduct credit analysis for individuals and business entities.
